Dairy-free, Egg-free, Wheat-free Vanilla Custard

Today is the first day of the school holidays. I’m so excited not to have to wake up and rush to get ready and go to school. It’s a windy, blustery, cold day but it doesn’t stop us from going for a bike ride along the beach and up and down the hills. It’s a great day to ride a bike! Probably a great day to fly a kite too… I then decided to wash my bike. Now I’m starving and decided some warm custard is exactly what I would like. My brother agrees. Best Ever Dairy-free, Egg-free, Wheat-free, Nut-free Carrot Cake

This carrot cake recipe is the best especially because I make it with my mum. This is a thermomix recipe that we have fiddled with and changed to make it dairy-free, egg-free, wheat-free and nut-free but you can easily make it with the ingredients that you are not allergic to and you can also make it without a thermomix. It’s sooooo delicious because it is light and fluffy, really moist, and has a great flavour. I love it as a surprise in my lunchbox at school and I can’t wait to have some for afternoon tea this afternoon. Happy baking and enjoy!
